Tony and Tracy Nutt have been business owners in Sudbury since 1985.  They own both the ServiceMaster Restore business as an existing business in 1987 and in 1992 purchased ServiceMaster Clean.

ServiceMaster Clean of Sudbury is a strong corporate citizen advocating for businesses in Greater Sudbury as members of the Boards of the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, The Sudbury Construction Association and Canadian Federation of Independent Business. Tony and Tracy have a strong connection to Sudbury having been born, raised and educated in the community that they operate their businesses in.

ServiceMaster Clean of Sudbury is environmentally responsible and committed to providing sustainable residential and office cleaning solutions. Our cleaning processes engage environmentally friendly products and systems developed by ServiceMaster for the exclusive use of ServiceMaster franchises.  These products and systems provide outstanding results and improved indoor air quality, and are certified to meet environmental standards as set out by Green Seal, Environmental Choice and European Eco Label.

ServiceMaster of Sudbury operates out of a 10,000 square foot facility located at 943 Notre Dame Ave.  Currently ServiceMaster Clean and ServiceMaster Restore employ over 60 people and operate a fleet of 16 service vehicles. Included in our staff is a full time Health and Safety Officer.  We maintain WSIB compliance, Pollution Liability Insurance and CGL coverage at all times.

Canadian Contribution

Over the years, Canada has made several contributions to ServiceMaster Clean operations internationally. A program initially known as Spotlight was launched in 1973 and is the father of modern carpet care maintenance methods. It consisted primarily of the concept of spot cleaning, complemented by less frequent deeper cleaning procedures.

Additionally, Canada pioneered the sale of franchises by service line. This concept promoted greater expertise and knowledge in each service line.
